"Thorough Intro to Spatial Analysis with GIS" according to L. Langlois. I'm on chapter Thorough Intro to Spatial Analysis with GIS I'm on chapter 3 and it's been quite helpful and informative. It's published in 2008 I believe, and uses an older version of ArcGIS, so some of the tutorials are slightly out of day as the program as since changed. However, it's been easy to figure it out. Very inexpensive book, and thus a very good deal for what it provides. Very straight forward reading and quite interesting.. and it's been quite helpful and informative.
