Another truth against the multitask-ing myth. I would couple this read with Mini Habits by Stephen Guise. Like most things in life that we complicate the truth is always simple. In this case it's all just a matter of getting started and staying on task.. Easiness in your life guaranteed A five star review means that I love this book.I read Finding Flow immediately after a wonderful book Money tricks where, two days ago, I was surprised about the way Money mind tricks was written but Finding flow is entirely different.This book gives us- Concepts to deal about- Clarity on where we go wrong and what can be done about it.- Brings to light those subjects which we are not very clear about- Helps in lots of corrections- PRACTICAL messages- Hands us points of change- Deals in more than five solid areasEn. Avid Reader said Nothing New. This was so basic with absolutely nothing new I could take from it. The information was taken directly from others and condensed to the point of uselessness. I'm all for paying for any book that provides even a single nugget of information that helps me. This did not. Do not waste you're money here I was truly hopeful, but 99 cents is far too much to pay.
