However I realize after reading just the first five chapters that either the word of God is true "AS IT IS WRITTEN!" or it's not. I believed in the old earth teaching because I thought "science" had shown the world to be such. I never would have seen that just from reading my bible. in old english or the Hebrew. I know both pretty well.This book taught me a hard lesson in tru. "A timely response to a disturbing trend." according to Thomas A. Franks. Today, biblical authority may be under its greatest attack in centuries. This book is a reflection of what is happening and it's potential danger to the Christian faith. More people in leadership positions are using biblical language to seductively sell the anti-biblical naturalistic theories of unrepentant scientists who have contempt for the Bible. Get out your pencil and paper because you'll want to take notes as Dr. Morris unfolds the story of God's creation of man and woman, the story that tells what life was like after they disobeyed God and had to leave the Garden of Eden.
