DESCRIPTION:
The standard book in its field, this step-by-step instruction method presents 11 different waterfowl carving projects, both simple and complex, including three flying miniatures, floating, standing, and preening ducks and an antique swan.
"Waterfowl Carving" according to John T. McLeod. Outdated (1982). Ok for a beginner. Feather flow not very accurate. Feathers are too regular and don't look realistic. Tools have changed a lot since this was written.. Sharon M. said Very useful book for beginners and seasoned carvers, alike.. Excellent book filled with useful tips for carvers, new or with a lot of practice. I would buy it all over, again.
