Enjoyable, quick and fun cozy! Cheryl G. This was a very enjoyable, quick and fun read. I felt the characters were well developed and I enjoyed the time I spent with them. The story is fairly short but kept my interest and it didn't leave me feeling that something had been left out in order for the author to rush to get it finished.. "some of my favorite things. I love how this series brings in" according to Natalie Bachiri. Cats and murder, some of my favorite things. I love how this series brings in Matilda and she is the main character however slinks in the background helping her new owner in solving this mystery. I can't wait for the next in the series.. "Great fun read." according to Amazon reader. I love stories with a cat is an intricate part of it. In this book the cat was very much present and enjoyed the character it it was portrayed as. The plot was a little simplistic but it was a fun relaxing read.
