This second cookbook from Alynda Carroll on the ketogenic diet is a good, if not better ,than the first one, the Keto Diet Smoothies and Shakes. There are plenty of low carb recipes to choose from. The recipes include beef, pork, chicken, lamb, vegetarian, soups and chowders. The recipes are well written and the instructions are easy to follo. Meal sizes are huge Great and delicious sounding recipes but the sizes are huge. 3 1/2 lbs of meat for some, whole chickens for others. Great for a family but not great for a couple single servings. Any one of these recipes would have a single person eating the same meal for a week. 32 oz of ground beef in one recipe, I can't eat that much ground beef in a week..
