Very Enjoyable There's a sea monster out in the ocean, something that should, by all rights, not be alive today. A cruise boat was chartered for a special purpose which we don't find out until towards the end of the book. We meet all kinds of people that we care about, the fishing boat captain, the card game hostess, even the conniving snake who put the special card game together and thinks he's the one holding all the aces. The author puts these people into impossible situations and then manages to get most of them free. That's good book plotting. . "Never a dull moment! !" according to Young at heart, Deb. This is one of those books that you just don't want to end. It has several different story lines going on but each one grows together in a monstrous way. The monsters in this book are both human and non human. A large prehistoric fish has managed to come out from hibernation and it is hunting. And, if that's not enough, it is very smart. Add in a cruise ship, a few other ships, and a helicopter to the mix and you will not want to put this book down.
