Ripoff -- minimal content, ridiculous price The *idea* of distilling down FAR/AIM into an easy-to-read simple book is solid. However, this particular book is a very poor implementation of that concept. It's only 100 pages long, and it could easily have been shortened to 25 pages. There are various typos throughout the book. The price is insulting. It seems like the author simply wants to capitalize on those who are concerned about passing their private pilot's exam, rather than truly help out student pilots with a valuable resource..
