Great sea thriller Rosie As a diver, sailor and vet, I appreciate the authors accuracy in describing boating, diving sailing and the impacts of Vietnam on veterans. The story involves places I have spent a lot of time in (San Diego, Catalina and Newport Beach) very accurately, and weaves them into the plot. The protagonist does heroic things without going over the top. The action moves along quickly. I think he could have made Virgil a more likeable character. The dialogue of the characters was typical of the community they represent. A fun read.. Gay said Another Great Read from Douglas Danielson!. Jake Mortensen continues to lead me through his world of sailing, surf and intrigue. Waiting for the next in this series! Get writing Doug ;-). Easy read Nice easy read, very relevant to boaties. A little to much detail in the everyday events and author skims over the major events in the book.
