But happiness was not enough for us. We had to learn to face our fears, instead of projecting them onto each other. We knew no struggle of hardship. We return humble and sensitive to the needs of all. Initially we tried to blame others for our mistakes. We were cast out of the Garden and for the first time in our lives we felt shame, jealousy, anger, lack. In the Garden, all our needs were provided for. Our lives became difficulty. We wanted the freedom to live our own lives. Returning to the Garden, we are different than we were when we left hellbent on expressing our creativity at any cost. We had to work hard to survive. We were God's beloved. We all know what happened then. It just deepened our pain and misery. We experienced highs and lows, joy and sorrow. But that did not make our lives any easier. To evolve, we had to learn to become love-givers, not just love-receivers. We had to make mistakes and learn from them. We return not just as created, but as co-creator, not just as son of man, but also as son of God.
