When I received the product it seemed, on outward appearance, to be the condition stated in the book description on Textbookspro. Unfortunately, when my sister opened the book to perform exercises for her math class, I was dissappointed to find that there were half of the exercise question pages missing which was a vital piece to the. Jewels said No Refund??. I ordered this book then a few days later realized it was not what I needed asked him to cancel the order and almost a month went by before he decided to send it so my class was already a month over and I had to get the book at the bookstore. I finally received a pkg and returned it almost "No Refund??" according to Jewels.
