Insightful, but Lacking Depth The stories of the author opened up my eyes as to what the life of a professional speaker can be like. It was enlightening in that sense and gave me some insights into a career that I have some interest in.The book itself was not incredibly well-written and that's one reason I'm giving it three stars. Even though Mr. Schwerdtfeger attempted to open up to his readers, I still felt distance by the end of the book. I'm not sure why. Maybe because it was his "front end" product, where by reading it he hopes that you will sign up for his Keynote Speakin. This book not only takes you on a remarkable journey of the "real life" rise of a professional speaker but it gives you amazing Karen Clark I've been following Patrick for several years and even taught a Meetup class based on his Webify Your Business book so I've been aware of his progression through the speaking world for quite some time. This book not only takes you on a remarkable journey of the "real life" rise of a professional speaker but it gives you amazing insights into the inner game of success. I love the periodical update of his credit card debt. As a fellow speaker I can relate! I am eager to see what becomes of his Speaker Syndicate idea mentioned in the book and can't wa. Excellent Book, Well Written, Inspiring, Educational!! The book is inspiring! I have known Patrick for many years and have watched him grow and expand his influence worldwide. This book is a reflection of that journey and such a great message to anyone desiring to be on that journey, wanting to reach their audience on a global scale.Thank you Patrick.
