My favorite of the Alliance Vampire Series Gypsy I am not sure if it is because it takes place in Venice at Carnivale or That I just wanted blonde, blue eyed, giant Ragnor to fall for someone.True or a macabre farce the Contessa's masquerade turns into a bloody killing spree with guests turning into beastsJordan Riley would be another victim if she wasn't taken away by her tal. This book does not have the same captivating quality of the other Shannon Drake books. The romance was seriously lacking with the hero even admitting Jordan was not necessarily his true love.
