Feel my wrath!!!! I was "patiently" awaiting this release. I loved the first book in the series, and the 2nd book did not disappoint. I highly recommend reading the first book Burn, as it will give you the back ground as to Harper and Knox. This is a paranormal read, and not your average shifter story. This series deals with demons, and they don't really play the villains. They are not good but they have their own set of rules and rulers that they follow.In Blaze we continue with Harper and Knox, it picks up a couple of months where the Burn leaves off. In Blaze Harper's mom is kidnapped by a "rouge demon", as Knox tries to find Harper's mom - new developmen. Amazon Customer said Soooo Disappointed. 89% of this book consisted of snarky dialogue from almost EVERYONE who was unrealisticly/childishly jealous of Harper, and of course repetitive sex scenes. Honestly, it just was not as good as the rest of her books. It was a disappointing bore. The Tanner/Devon & Khloe mini storylines were more interesting then the rest of the book put together. I'm sadI was sooo hyped for this book too.. "Juvenile and Silly" according to Juvenile and Silly Blaze is the second book in the "A Dark In You" series by Wright. You absolutely should read "Burn", the first book in order to really be up to speed on the characters and events. Burn was a 5 star, grand slam home run of a start to a series, causing me to eagerly await Blaze.If you read Burn, you already know the world and the characters of Knox and Harper.
