It's really just chocked full of new information on the selling process. I reread it all the time. I also enjoyed the chapters on tim. An Excellent Book! I've been in business for myself for 2+ years after +/-15 years in corporate america. This book has helped me tremendously. It teaches the basics of sales for those of us who have always said "I'm not a salesperson." I've read Ziglar, Hopkins and Schiffman among others, but this is the book I've been searching for. It is very encouraging and I give this my highest recommendation for the entrepreneur without developed sales skills.
